2013 Update

    Been a little behind in keeping this site updated, better late than never so here is my 2013 blog so far!

    My work with Total Greek Yoghurt has continued and included material for their website (check it out, it’s really informative). From exercise articles and photo shoots to filming items like “Dee Discovers”, write ups for various magazines and media work.

    This year myself and a colleague, Leah Haley decided to start our own venture “Two Fit Ladies” whereby we have started teaching classes out in halls and currently they are running in St John’s Hall, Hildenborough, Kent. We are running a variety of sessions to suit everyone and so far enjoying this task! We hope to branch out further in the not too distant future, and take on other challenges.

    The classes running in Hildenborough at the moment are:
    Mondays:

    • 9:00am Abdominal Workout
    • 9:30am Total Body Blitz (not too dissimilar to bootcamp!)
    • 10:30am Kettlercise

    Wednesdays:

    • 9:00am Abdominal Workout
    • 9:30am Cardio and Condition
    • 10:30am Metabolic Burn (a half hour hard non stop class)
    • 11.00am Stretch and Tone

    I am continuing teaching my pole fitness classes at “Revolutions” in Hextable one night a week which is open to anyone interested in taking up this form of exercise. It is an amazing strength, flexibility and core workout. I am there on Monday nights but there are other classes available throughout the week for all levels.     With articles in various magazines from Health & Fitness through to Reveal and various others, personal training sessions and various radio interviews, things are certainly keeping me busy!
