My Christmas Tips

    Lots of you are worried about putting on excessive amounts of weight during this very sociable time. Life is about balance and enjoyment. Where would we be if we were careful all the time? Life would indeed be boring!

    If you are concerned, my advice to you is, be extra good around your parties. Eat clean, unprocessed foods, drink lots of water and replace alcohol and caffeine with herbal teas. Exercise regularly to feel good from top to toe. Don’t beat yourselves up about putting on a couple of extra pounds as they will easily come off again in January when you are back to your regular day to day timetable.

    During your more social days, enjoy them, have fun and remember to hit the gym again in January!!
