    As a successful personal trainer, services offered are as follows

    First Consultation

    Requires a food and exercise diary to be filled in at least 5 days prior to the first meeting. On initial visit, a health and fitness test is carried out to include

    • Cardiovascular endurance
    • Body measurements, fat and BMI (body mass index) tests are also carried out together with a medical screening
    • Nutrition advice given

    You are then offered a personal programme suitable for yourself, to achieve the results you require. A short exercise session is also included in this visit.

    Follow up Consultations

    If weight loss is your requirement, you will be asked to text your weight on a regular basis and meet for follow up consultations and training sessions. Training sessions are offered depending on requirements.
